Quadripata Turm Bornay self-supporting P750 - 7m

For the installation of wind turbines, the type of self-supporting tower used by J.Bornay is the tower Quadripata Turm Bornay self-supporting P400 - 7m. Within this series we find different combinations of sections depending on the total length of the tower, as well as three different models depending on the efforts to which it will be subjected.

In the annex you will find a table with the available models and their physical and mechanical characteristics of the Quadripata Turm Bornay self-supporting P400 - 7m:

- The P-400 tower is used for models: 600 and 1500.
- The P-750 tower perfectly supports the 3000 and 6000 models;
It can also be used in areas of high winds by 1500.
- The P-1250 tower is for the largest wind turbine in the 6000 range in areas of high winds.

The tower Quadripata Turm Bornay self-supporting P400 - 7m, must necessarily be fixed with foundations; in the annex you will find a table with the dimensions of the foundation needed depending on the type of terrain and its height.
To install the wind turbine on the tower, you will need an adapter that allows the propellers to rotate without danger of hitting the tower. Install the wind turbine once the adapter and tower have been installed. You can raise it to its position using the crane after erecting the tower, or using a pulley.

Feuerverzinkter sehr stabiler Gittermast für Windräder Nur erhältlich in Verbindung mit einem Bornay Windrad. 
Der Mast wird in 2 Segmenten 6 und 1m länge geliefert. Zur Montage hebt man eine Grube von 1,5 bis 2 m Tiefe und Durchmesser aus. Das untere Segment wird hineingestellt, nivelliert  und dann wird die Grube mit Beton ausgefüllt. Nach dem Aushärten kann dann der restliche Mast mit vorinstalliertem Windrad montiert werden, zum Beispiel mit einem kleinen Kranwagen, wie ihn Baustoffhändler benutzen.
Der so montierte Mast braucht keine Abspannseile und hält einer lateralen Windlast bis 750 kg stand.
